"Room was very good . Clean and comfortable. Parking was very good."
"Was told breakfast was 8am-10am. There was no staff and doors were locked. And no one answered the phone on reception. In both Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning - so that was very disappointing as part of the price."

"Breakfast was a buffet in a room overlooking the large terrace, which would be accessible in warm weather for meals or drinks, and for general relaxation. The choice of breakfast food was wide, with all the necessary components plus proper frehly made coffee, a wide variety of cereals, and fresh warm pastries. Our room was spacious, clean and modern in design and furnishing, whereas the building is old, being a converted Farm House. Everything was tastefully presented, with all our requirements catered for, including a brilliant shower and bath. The Hotel was quiet and clearly built to the design of the owner, who is a particular man, keen to please, and very communicative. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with a car tyre, which the staff quickly solved by directing us to a local firm who fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!"

"We zijn erg teleurgesteld. We hadden een tussenstop geboekt in de Klokhof. Bij aankomst bleek dat het hotel door de week gesloten was omdat het niet rendabel was, dat vertelde een mevr die daar aanwezig was. Daar kregen we op dinsdagochtend een mail van die we niet gezien hebben omdat we onderweg waren. De eerder genoemde mevr verwees ons door naar hotel Cortina in Wevelgem waar ze ons naar toe overgeboekt hadden. We hadden daar op zich een goede kamer. Toen we de mail uiteindelijk lazen stond er in dat we ivm technische problemen niet terecht konden, terwijl de daar aanwezige mevr zei dat het door de week gesloten was. Dat was dus bekend en is ons niet meegedeeld bij het boeken anders hadden we iets anders geboekt, heel erg vreemd. Wie is hier verantwoordelijk voor, booking of de klokhof."
