"The owners are the most delightful couple. The property is spotless in terms of cleanliness. The location is a mid-point between the church of St James and the Hill of Apparitions which means a comfortable walking distance in both directions. The breakfast was very generous. The property is new, everything works well."

"Everything. The friendly helpful owners Niko and Evana were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation was modern and spotless. Food was delicious. My husband injured his back and was in terrible pain during our stay. Niko organised 2 men to help my husband down the stairs and then took us to the airport. One drove our hired car and helped with getting us into the airport. We will definitely be back.We met other guests at Villa Flowers who had been coming there for years. I highly recommend this place. It's so quiet and only 15 min walk to The Church. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby."

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
