"Close to beaches and a quick walk to Kiama Harbour , private, quiet friendly and pleasant"
"No air conditioning. Real estate knew it was faulty and out of order but failed to advise me ( shifty ) had third degree burns from the sun and it didn’t help to stay cool other than to have no other option than to leave the front entrance door open when sleeping ( I know , dangerous but no other option ) they charge you for maintenance if you call someone out ( but I didn’t - wasn’t going to pay additional fees ) but that was a catch to make money ( it’s a real estate agent for frying out loud )"
