"The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!"

"The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge."

"It’s an older hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. Its location is an easy 10 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. Breakfast was great!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for a short visit to Innsbruck. The hotel is nice and the staff is welcoming. The room was good and clean. The location is good. Not central to a lot of convenient transportation. Excellent breakfast, very tasty and varied."

"We stayed here for one night as a stopover and found the staff, including the receptionist and restaurant team, to be very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite the train station being located opposite the hotel, it did not disturb us at all during the night. We traveled by car and were pleased to find plenty of free parking right outside the hotel entrance."
