"The housekeeper was very helpful. I had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was about 15 minutes to the center of Kitzbühel. Maria provided service every day, including fresh towels. Breakfast was also good."

It's a 20-minute walk from the station and lift and the centre of Kitzbuhel. To make our stay even more memorable, Tony, the fluffy red cat, came for a visit every day for cuddles!"

"The property was very clean and Maria could not do enough for you. She is pleasant and helpful with all guests not just myself. My room was very comfortable and clean. As it was winter it was nice and warm and cosy. The room had solid wood units in traditional Austrian decor. Small bathroom with bath and shower. Nice comfy bed. Plenty of space to store my clothes. Breakfast was served in the lounge in the front of the house and Maria made sure you had enough food and drink. Mainly cold meats, bread, cereals, yoghurts, tea, coffee, juice. Overall really recommended."
"It was not a problem for me but it is a 15min walk up a slight hill to the town/ski lift but it is in a beautiful quiet area on the edge of town surrounded by meadows."

"A very friendly host family, taking care of all kinds of needs you have. The food is delicious and the room service is flexible. By extending the stay is easily arranged. You can get wide range of authentic local wines from the hotel with reasonable price and nicely packed. In summer it should be a nice location to discover the local wine region."

"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
