"This is a small modern hotel right in the centre of Linz. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful the check-out staff not so much ? The hotel has its own small secure private parking. The room was well appointed a nice size modern and comfortable."

"When we arrived (by car, which we added when we booked on booking.com, including the number plate) there were no parking spaces left at the hotel. The very friendly hotel staff told us we should have contacted the hotel on the day of our arrival to reserve a spot or be told to go straight to another parking lot in the vicinity. It wasn't a big issue at all but, had we known, we would have driven to a public parking lot immediately instead of awkwardly trying to drive to the hotel (in a pedestrianised zone). Check with the hotel on day of arrival to avoid this (costs are fairly similar)."
