"This is really a lovely typical family run Austrian hotel. Quiet with wood panelling and flowery curtains. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with other hot options; I was delighted there was decaff coffee and oat milk! The location was nice and quiet up and behind the main street which meant a short walk to the main lift and bus stop. For us the road was clear which was fine; it would have been less easy if icy. The ski and boot room was downstairs accessed behind the hotel. The sauna was excellent and available each evening. I loved that there are 3 generations of the lovely family who own it with the pram in the hall 😀. We had sunshine so enjoyed having tea on the terrace. There were also supper options."

"An incredibly welcoming family hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and with a great view. The bathroom was new and very clean. Very delicious breakfast. Most importantly - attentive and caring service by all the staff involved. Easily one of the best places we ever stayed in!"

"The parking spaces filled up fast, but we were still able to find a place close to the entrance. The breakfast felt a little sparse, but perhaps that was because we came down during the last 20 minutes they served breakfast."

"The attention of all of Bianca's staff was incredible. The breakfasts with a spectacular view of Lech were one of the best things during the stay. Breakfast was very complete. The waffles and cheese selection are standouts. Arriving after skiing and having them wait for you with hot tea and cakes every day made a difference with other previous accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable (although it did not face the front, which had balconies). Very cute. New bathroom. Space to keep all the suitcases and a separate room to leave the ski equipment and boots that dried overnight. The hotel can manage the ski pass for the ski centers and gives you all the instructions to use the bus shuttles between towns. For fans of the games: there was a foosball. The sauna section is very cozy with several temperature and relaxation options. Water and dry fruits wait for you there."

"It is not something that the hotel staff controls nor is it clarified anywhere, but some guests who used the sauna were naked, despite having robes available for their use."
