"Lokacija je odlična. Kraj u kom je smešten apartman nije bučan, a jako je blizu centra grada i odlično je povezan sa ostatkom grada metro linijama čije su stanice na nekoliko minuta šetnje od apartmana. U blizini je i nekoliko supermarketa i zabavni park Prater. Apartman je opremljen osnovnim stvarima koje vam trebaju za svakodnevni život (fen, kuhinja, šerpe i tiganji, posuđe, ćebad u ormanu, peškiri). Komšije nismo ni čuli, kraj je jako miran, preko puta apartmana je park, tako da prozori gledaju u zelenilo. Gazdaricu nismo ni sreli, nije nas niko uznemiravao. Jednom prilikom smo je kontaktirali da je pitamo nešto vezano za ringle i dobili smo odgovor i pomoć u kratkom roku. Pre dolaska smo dobili jasne instrukcije oko checkina i checkouta, kao i savete gde možemo ostaviti prtljag nakon izlaska iz apartmana i kojim linijama gradskog prevoza odnosno metroa možemo doći od aerodroma, odmosno autobuske stanice, do apartmana."

"Prašina nije bila obrisana sa svih slobodnih površina. Kupatilo je bilo čisto, posteljina je bila čista, ali u sobi sam zatekla tragove prašine na stočićima pored kreveta i pored kauča. Vidi se da je neko brisao mokrom krpom ali nije odradio posao kako treba jer su ostale gromuljice prašine. Nameštaj i parket u jednoj od jedinica (stan na prvom spratu, mislim da je 17) je dosta star te se u uglovima sobe vidi prašina koja je verovatno neoperiva, trebalo bi renovirati barem parket u toj jedinici. Takođe, ulazna vrata u ovoj jedinici (imaju ono staklo i dosta su stara) mi nisu ulivala mnogo poverenja. Iako je kraj miran i verovatno jako siguran, nije mi bilo svejedno po pitanju ostavljanja vrednih stvari u apartmanu dok nisam tu. Apartman 42 ima nov parket i noviji nameštaj, kao i nova vrata koja deluju mnogo sigurnije. Još jedna mala zamerka bi bile neke porodične crno-bele slike koje vise na zidovima, uz rustičan nameštaj daju jako uklet vibe."

"The location met all our expectations: it is conveniently close to a metro station, offering excellent connection options to explore the city, yet situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself was well‑equipped and comfortable. We appreciated fully stocked kitchen, pleasant dining area, high ceilings, and the clean, fresh linens. Having two separate bedrooms was a great advantage for our stay. All necessary amenities were provided, making us feel right at home. Communication with the managing staff was smooth and efficient. We received detailed instructions prior to arrival, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Additionally, the neighborhood offers plenty of dining options within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy local cuisine. Overall, a great place to stay in Vienna—highly recommended."

"Comfortable beds. Good quality bed linen. In a quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of mini-marts and places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Close to public transport, and easy access to rest of Vienna."

"The apartment is in an old (but with renovations under progress) building, giving a little bit of nostalgic scent to the whole scenery. The view opposite is eye-opening and practically unobstructed and the main room of the apartment was very sunny. The water heater is turned on all day. The bed covers were very warm. Basic house appliances, cutlery and amenities were all available. Two connecting “U” stations (underground train) are nearby. Really fast response by the owners when I sent a question about something for the apartment."

"The whole building in the mornings was a bit noisy due to the construction works underway. The road occasionally in the mornings becomes a little noisy due to various works. The bed covers were single size, but I understand this is accustomed in Vienna in general. Personally I am used to having owners a bit more communicative, but then again I am Greek…so in general we are excessively communicative."

"The location was good, close to Prater, shops and metro. The metro goes directly from the train station and the center. The reservation and handover went smoothly, as agreed. The equipment of the apartment and rooms is fine."

"It would be good to fix the bathroom door. It can't be locked, at most with force, when you close it and it slowly doesn't open. Also, there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms, there are only lamps."

"The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is well located near Prater and close to the underground. The nearby Schnitzels are awesome (Reinthaler Gasthaus). The facilities provided were great and washing machine is a bonus. There is a lovely Asain restaurant next door and a very close convenience store. Great stay."

"A little bit of street noise and some expected creaks from an older building but neither was a real concern."

"Very nice and sweet apartment close to the city. It had character with the furniture and colours. There was an amusement park near (no noise from it). It's close to Ernst Happel Stadion by foot. The lift (checking in you still had to walk the stairs to get the keys for the lift) and internet worked great for me."

"One of the bedrooms had no closet/room for a suitcase. One bedroom had no air conditioning and no ceiling light, also the window lead to the hallway not outside. The shower only had half a door so some water splashed on the floor"

"Everything was just perfect - spacious and clean apartments, really nice spa zone, all details well thought-out. Large enough parking and a separate room to keep your ski equipment."

"Sehr schöne, große Unterkunft! Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Es ist zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, aber da die Schlafzimmer alle zur anderen Seite rausschauen, bekommt man davon gar nicht so viel mit zumindest beim Schlafen. 🙂 Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr vielleicht sogar nochmal. 🙂"
