"Jelena met us at the property and gave us the keys. From before our arrival through until we were in the taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay, she was very helpful. The apartment has been reviewed accurately by others. It's very comfortable and in a wonderful location ... NokNok, a great Thai restaurant with a lunch combo deal, is very close by. We would definitely come back."

If you prefer a firmer mattress, you may find the bed too soft. That's the only thing we can think of.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

Lighting in hallways/landing could be better.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

It was sewage/ mold smell in the room Old furniture/ curtains. Plastic linen. Nobody on site. Only one used toilet paper in the room...Just buy by yourself theese necessary items because the owner is bot ansewer at WhatsApp msgs. Considering the price for ths accommodation , its ok... There was not any sign with the name of the accommodation. Just ask the neighbours if u cant figure it out where it is. Use ONLY "Tatev apartments" when u search on Google Maps the location, not the adress listed in the add.
