On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Clean and staff were very friendly. Large room and large bathroom. Enough space to store the clothes."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

It was sewage/ mold smell in the room Old furniture/ curtains. Plastic linen. Nobody on site. Only one used toilet paper in the room...Just buy by yourself theese necessary items because the owner is bot ansewer at WhatsApp msgs. Considering the price for ths accommodation , its ok... There was not any sign with the name of the accommodation. Just ask the neighbours if u cant figure it out where it is. Use ONLY "Tatev apartments" when u search on Google Maps the location, not the adress listed in the add.

Lokacija je odlična u samom ste centru grada sve znamenitosti su na par minuta do vas osoblje ljubazno parking je u sklopu objekta sam apartman prostran i bukvalno ima sve od posudja aparata za kafu daske za peglanje itd. Na sve su mislili da vam boravak bude ugodan čak i kapsule za veš mašinu . Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto i kreveti su bili izuzetno udobniZaista sve preporuke ."

Ja lično nemam zamerke ali ako ste u godinama birajte apartmane na nižim spratovima jer nema lift ali ovako lepoj i staroj zgradi lift ne bi ni priličio narušio bi sklad zgrade koja je sama po sebi deo istorije grada

"Izuzetno uredan i čist apartman. Garažno mesto u samom objektu dodatno olakšava boravak. Lokacija je odlična za razgledanje grada i okoline. Izuzetno ljubazni i predusretljivi domaćini. Svaka preporuka."

Nije neka bitna zamerka, ali dodatno bi ulepšalo utisak da u apartmanu postoji aparat za kafu i kapsula kafe ili neka kesica čaja. Postoji kafić u neposrednoj blizini, ali je ipak lepo da ujutro popijete kafu na terasi bez izlaska iz sobe.

"Perfectly located on Glasgow's West End in walking distance to the city centre, the University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Park just around the corner. Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

Jedno osvežavanje zidova i podova bi bilo potrebno za 10/10

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"The apartment is secure, clean, spacious and well equipped. It is near the downtown area of Luanda, within walking distance of the Marginal, Fortaleza de Sao Miguel, Fortaleza Shopping, Banco do Angola, Church of Our Lady of the Remedies, Museum of Anthropology and Palacio de Ferro. There is a supermarket and some cafes and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Blue Breeze also organised airport transfers to both Luanda airports, and a great day tour to the Miradoura de Lua, Ilha do Mussulo and Meseo da Escrevatura. Couldn't really ask for more."

Unfortunately, one or two street kids waiting in the street outside were unusually persistent and bothersome, even to the point of almost causing car accidents. The local street vendors and security will shoo them away, but they seem to come back the moment as soon as one steps outside.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

The cleanliness of the kitchen area was disappointing. There were dirty dishes with coffee stains left in the cupboard, which suggests the kitchen had not been properly checked after the previous guests. Basic items such as a kitchen towel were also missing. Most of the lights in the living room were not working. Only one light in the kitchen functioned, and the lamps did not work either. There was also no lighting available in the bedroom, which made the space difficult to use at night. In addition, Wi-Fi was neither offered nor available at the accommodation. While we did not specifically ask about it in advance, it is generally an expected amenity and would have been helpful during our stay.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
