Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. "It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"The staff were so nice and helpful. It really didn’t feel like we were too much or bothering them! No matter what hour. And they compromised with a small issue that we had, so amazing!"

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"Predivan hotel, dostupno je sve što vam je potrebno, puno sadržaja. Doručak je odličan, taman ono što vam je potrebno tokom odmora. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno, ceo kompleks nas je iznenadio."

Bazen u prizemlju je u redu, nije renoviran pa i nije lep kao Sky line bazen na vrhu hotela.
