"Pallada is a nice place, and really conveniently located in walking distance of lots of Yerevan's attractions. The good coffee machine in the lobby was a really great touch. (Lots of places open relatively late in the morning, and being able to make tea or coffee when it suited us was very welcome!) Arsen was a really great and sweet host. One of our group injured their ankle, and he was keen for me to let him call all of his medically qualified family members to help! When there was a city-wide water problem, he made sure we had what we needed and made our stay as comfortable as possible. (He was mortified about the inconvenience to us, but shouldn't have been - he couldn't have done anything about it.) He also arranged a very early morning taxi to the airport. What a guy!"

"I got there at 2 pm and Arsen the owner just informed the room is ready and he arrived as well. The place is in a really central location on a side street. It is easy to find. The place was immaculately clean, very beautifully decorated, very stylish. The room had a good size, a table, a small fridge and place to hand things as well as shelves. The bathroom was big enough and the shower amazing. The amenities were like top notch; soft towels, slippers, tooth brush and paste, shower gel and shampoo. The whole place looked well done and very new. The bed was really comfy and the pillow perfect. The best part was the little tea/coffee area for self service w a microwave. It was quiet and I slept well. The price-quality was amazing."
