"We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. At first, we had a bit of trouble finding the building since it’s not located directly on the main road, but as soon as we called, the staff responded immediately and guided us — it’s exactly where Google Maps shows, you just need to look a bit carefully. Everything else was perfect. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Republic Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. A nice bonus: there’s free coffee and tea available at any time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!"

"It’s really hard to find the hotel using google maps- it will send you to a non descript car park in a building site (the back of the building). The front door is in the courtyard just after ‘Streat’ restaurant."
"The hotel was super clean and in a great location. They recently remodeled so everything was brand new. It is in a great location and I loved the area and building it was located in."

"Great location, new modern and clean hotel. The shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly and it was great that they had separate toilets to showers although we never had to wait for either to be available. There was a shared kitchen that again was very clean. Friendly staff too. I would definitely stay again."

"The location is really good, the city is amazing with great food wine and beers. The rooms are very clean including the shared spaces. You really want for nothing here. Staying in this place has been a great experience for my first time to Armenia. I love this city, the lifestyle is 5 stars for me. The photos are very accurate, many of the buildings are old on the outside but very well renovated on the inside, the owners have done a great job here. You might need to call the hostel to find the entrance on your fist day, my girlfriend speaks Russian so we asked a local lady through her open window but I would have been lost on my own."
