"The hotel is obviously beloved by tour groups. If they come to have breakfast, it could happen that other guest would have problem to get a seat. I was three nights there. The breakfast was very good and they played classical music. That was really nice. The recommendation of dinner was Fantastic. Most of the personnel were friendly."

"Perfect location, the city center is really close, you can find everything in the surrounding area. The staff is really kind and helpful. They have daily room cleaning service, therefore the rooms are super clean. The air conditioning system stopped, I reported the issue and they fixed it really fast. The room is larger than a usual hotel room, free amenities also provided. The breakfast is excellent, they are providing a great variety of local and international food with fresh fruits and vegetables as well."
"The elevator is not working properly. We stacked 2 times into the elevator as it stopped. We pressed the emergency button several times but nobody answered and none came to help us to we had to force top open the door."

"Good location (city center is ~15min by foot or ~5min by bus), central market on the opposite side of the road. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady at the swimming pool was a bit tough though) Breakfast with a local Armenian colour. The facility is a bit worn-out, but all is clean. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge, cattle."
