"Scandi Apartments was very clean and comfy. Furniture and kitchenette were excellent for our 3night stay.Efficient wifi connection.Its in a central location and near the beachfront,supermarkets, and restaurants .Check in and out communicated well.I would come back when next I visit Albania,I recommend 10/10"
