The kitchen had every necessary appliance and utensils, rooms and washroom were clean. We even had a washing machine. We were there only for 2 days, but the owner was extremely responsible and cordial. From giving recommendations about nearby places to visit, to other tourist attraction cities, to helping us book taxi rides, and finally to recommending us one of the best traditional restaurants, He did it all.
