"Plaže u Sarandi su generalno loše, kamen je preoštar. Konkretno ispred ovog hotela je bilo nemoguće čak postaviti peškir na plaži koliko je kamenje bilo oštro, a veličine je pesnice. Ukoliko neko misli da će u Ksamilu proći bolje trebalo bi znati da ni tamo nisu peščane plaže već mleven kamen."

"Osoblje u hotelu veoma ljubazno, susretljivi i neposredno. Odgovorili veoma brzo na svaki zahtjev. Doručak odličan i raznovrstan, na terasi, sa pogledom na more. Čistoća na zavidnom nivou. Kod sledećeg odlaska u Sarandu sigurno ćemo opet koristiti ovaj hotel. Plaža lepo uređena."

"This hotel allowed me to feel luxury without spending much money: they have delicious breakfast included (with lots of variety: eggs, pastry, pancakes, crepes etc), beautiful view from the balcony (on the sea and Greek islands), a beach that belongs to the hotel, nice rooms — i’m soo happy I chose this hotel for my stay in Saranda. and the location is good"

"during our 4-day stay we haven’t figure out the shower: it was almost always boiling hot and somehow the cold water was hot as well… but also, i must admit we haven’t asked staff for help, so maybe it was fixable) and wifi in our room was hardly connecting"

"The location is perfect, a 5 min walk away from the port, some 10 min walk to the promenade, with direct access to the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas are free for the hotel guests. There's a beach bar with the possibility to order through an app and have your order brought to you. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the side sea view from the room was marvellous."

"The blinds in our room were broken, the curtains didn't help against hot sun, the AC would stop working every time we left the room, so the room got really hot every day, it was too hot to sleep, and no mosquito nets on the windows. Also the breakfast, while having enough options, wasn't replenished. The breakfast time was until 10:30, we would come at 9:40 and it was already almost empty, no replenishment provided. The playlist at the beach bar could be improved."

"We loved the location. The breakfast was fine. Pretty standard buffet. The room was nice. The beds were comfy. There are a lot of restaurants on the same street very close by."

"Breakfast was diverse, had sweets, eggs, cereals, coffee and everything you would eat in the morning. Room was spacious enough for 2 people, always clean since the cleaning ladies came every day. Most important feature was the comfy bed and air conditioner since it was very hot, even at night. Clean rocky beach with sunbeds included, clean water and nice personnel at the beach bar. I have no complains"
