"Lovely view, great with a public pool for the rentals in the buildings during our visit. It can get really hit an humid in Sarande. Loved the washing machine and the AC in the bedroom!"
"There is a lot of builders in the house next to the apartment. A bit noisy- but we weren’t disturbed badly. I would love to have a travel guide in the room, text about: where the nearest ATM is (at Oasis Hotel,) a great bakery like Hasini here you can eat breakfast and fresh bread, lovely staff, where the nearest supermarket is, a tips of a good beach because in Sarande every beach costs, tips about a couple of good restaurants with good Albanian food. And a little map so I can see where the harbour and the avenues are - we discovered that part of town the last day. An AC in the living room wouldn’t hurt or a fan. It got really hot in the evening. Small lamps at the bedroom tables would be nice. So we can read in the evening. Same in the living room, cosy lighting is welcome, we used the lamp in the kitchen fan 😀 Thank you for a lovely stay 🌺🌺🌺"

"Immeuble encore en construction, bruit des travaux et ouvriers parfois maladroits, difficile de profiter de la piscine lorsqu’ils vous fixent. Léger problème d’évacuation avec la douche mais qui ne pose pas de gros problème. Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour être à l’aise comme une passoire"
"Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand. Der Pool direkt oben war auch Super. Die Vermieterin ist auch super nett und für alle Fragen ansprechbar."
"Es hätte mehr Küchenutensilien geben können. Wenn man sich wirklich komplett selbst Verpflegen möchte war es zwischendurch ganz schön schwierig. Was auch etwas schwierig war, war ein Strandzugang/Meerzugang zu finden. Das hatte jetzt zwar nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun aber es war super schwierig, es gibt in der Nähe 2 Möglichkeiten. Bei der einen Stelle gab es nie liegen und die andere Stelle hat jedes Mal 10€ verlangt."

"The house is very big and the view from the living room is stunning. The house is very close to a castel which is a great spot to drink or eat at sunset. Moreover, Denad’s mother Shqiponja is always there for every need or request. We all loved her! Last but not least, you have a private parking."

"Everything was like it was in the pictures. The villa has everything you could need, coffe maker, electric oven, microwave oven, big TV in the livingroom with internet connection and Netflix, all the glasses, pots and pens, even electric hairdryer for my wife. The Wifi is good. Location was 3 minutes walk from the beach. GPS was a little off but the owner came and picked us up. The beach is generous, fine sand, paid 1000 Lek (around 9.8 euro) for two beach chairs and umbrella. The water was ok, got dirsty with bits of trash and algae on Saturday but during the week was pretty clean."

"This property is best location in Ksamil and quiet . We liked because the location is near to our destine beaches and easy walk by restuara , shopping and taxis . We could see around all the areas just by walking and really enjoyed every moment . The breakfast was amazing and healthy one ."
