"Excellent location, we were family of 5, apartment was large enough, everything is clean and new condition. Large rooms, washing machine, comfortable sofa, large eating table, large enough kitchen for preparing dinner, large fridge, air condition in every room, large terrace, all kitchen utensils we needed. Alexander was great contact."

"2 real separated bedrooms (unlike many apartments that count the living room as a second bedroom) Brand new in 2024, very comfortable and modern, 3 aircon, full fridge+freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, terrace with a table for 4 persons. Owner invited us for a beer and a splash in the swimming pool of their hotel (close to this apartment) The apartment is in the main area of the bars/restaurants and close as well to the main beaches of Ksamil"
"You can park in the street but as there's not so much space, arrive before the busy time in the evening (19-23:00) or you can park near the owners hotel which is 6 or 7 minutes by foot."

"We stayed here for 3 days. When we arrived we parked across the street because the driveway was a bit to steep/narrow for us but the family offered to drive the car up the driveway for us. The mother speaks basic English and for the complicated stuff the daughter jumps in to help. The room was clean, and felt like a hotel with free toiletries (small hotels soap, shampoo as well as singel use slippers), bathrobes and 3 towels per guest. Midway our stay we where even offered additional toiletries and new towels. Breakfast every morning was delicious and slightly different and always traditional Albanian Last but absolutely not least we loved the garden and the animals, the family has 3 kittens, and a few tortoise 🐢 Would definitely visit again!"
