Classic Hotel

"Lokacija veoma dobra, sve je na 10-15 minuta hoda po centru. Park sa jezerom isto blizu. Recepcija 24h, restoran radi. Lift ima. Internet dobar. Retro namještaj, svakog dana sobarice mijenjaju peškire i srede sobu. Ima parking, klima ok"

"Doručak je mogao biti sadržajniji, sobarice ulaze tokom doručka da srede sobu, čiste restoran neke u toku doručka što nije bas ok. Vlaga je u sobi i zvučna izolacija nije bas dobra od vani, svjetlo previše prigušeno. Doručak je mogao biti sadržajniji i češće da se dopunjava."

"Mali hotel na udaljenosti od oko 2 km od glavnog gradskog trga. Doručak je bio u redu ali možda bi trebalo malo poraditi na tome da se hrana dopunjava kada nestane. Imali smo improvizovani parking iza hotela tako što se 3-4 automobila redaju jedan za drugim i ostavlja se ključ na recepciji u slučaju da neko od prethodnih auta želi da uzađe, zaposleni pomjeraju sva auta iza. Osoblje je bilo veoma ljubazno."

"Zvučna izolacija u hotelu je veoma loša, pa se čuje svaki zvuk sa ulice i iz susjednih soba. U kupatilu nema tuša koji se može usmjeriti prema određenom dijelu tijela već samo stacionarni dio koji prska sa visine, tako da je teško istuširati se ukiliko ne želite da perete kosu."

"Everything that you expect of a hotel is there and is good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and wasn’t far away from the centre. Overall good place."

"The parking is round the back and you need to give your keys to the staff since they might need to move your car to let others in and out."

"The staff were very helpful with questions I had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent in its variety and provision. I slept well there."

"The base of the showers were clean but stained from the past. However,this was not a problem as the rooms and shower were actually very clean. The small bottles of shampoo and body soap were hard to squeeze open. These are small points as overall the rooms and showers were excellent."

"Disappointed hotel did not provide free bottled water in the room as all hotels in all countries offer this unless it’s an Albanian thing . Had a basic breakfast menu but disappointed as no coffee available I asked the staff member and said his machine was broken and waiting for a technician don’t know why he could not provide instant coffee"

"A lovely, clean hotel with a very spacious room. We only stayed here one night before flying back and the staff were very accommodating and helped us organise ourselves and transport."

"Room was larger than expected and very spacious. The room contained a very large and comfortable bed as well as a TV, large window, mini-bar desk, chair and wardrobe. The bathroom was modern and stylish in which we were provided with several towels, a dental kit and showering essentials. A kettle with coffee sachets was also provided. Breakfast was included and contained a diverse selection of local and international cuisine. Dinner on site was reasonably priced and tasty and of a high standard. The foyer and lounge areas are spacious and elegant, including a sit down area with WiFi included. Staff were more than happy to take our luggage before and after our check in/out times whilst we explored Tirana."

"The room contained a few faulty items, unusual for a 4-star hotel. This included plaster off the wall under the window, a broken shower door hinge and a broken toilet paper holder. Furthermore there was not enough toilet paper in the room for 1 night for 2 people and there were no milk/sugar sachets supplied for the coffee. When we enquired about milk at the reception, we were asked to pay 80L for a glass of milk. The street outside is quite noisy, with a school (and the school playground) located just outside."
