"It is so rare to have what amounts to a single boutique hotel on a huge beautiful gently sloping beach. The space and privacy is beyond price. The rooms are lovely and spacious with sea views, big beds, and fabulous coffee machines. The staff are absolutely wonderful - professional but warm and friendly, and they give the place a luxurious homely feeling. A good selection of restaurants and Bradley is raising the food game even further. The dive shop is great and excellent snorkelling in the bay. It’s the most relaxing place I know. This was my 4th visit in a few years"

"Location is perfect, about 40 minutes from St John's. Recommend renting a car vs a taxi, if you like to have freedom to leave the hotel. The staff was wonderful, attentive and genuine. They were very helpful in assisting us with reservations off-site, booking hikes with a guide and overall. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at all of the places we ate at."
"I think the price is a little on the high side. Some of the pricing at the hotel was also higher than expected, compared to more local spots. Yes, this is normal, but it was 20% higher than expected. For example, sunscreen was $30 USD when at another hotel the same was $16. The all-inclusive option is worth considering if you plan on eating and drinking a lot."
