"The room was not ready upon arrival and had to wait 30 minutes, could not be seated at a table during breakfast and had to wait a while."

"This was our third time staying in the Al Ain Rotana from Ireland and we could only recommend it highly. Location is central, the staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was excellent, the pool is beautiful with plenty sun beds available, the gym is a spacious and well equipped again with helpful staff. We opted to include breakfast in our package and the buffet each morning was super with so many hot and cold options. For evening time, there were 3 different restaurant options but we continuously went back to Trader Vic’s due to the menu & Kabila was always there with a lovely greeting & recommendations as were the rest of the staff."

"The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast provided a wide variety to accommodate every taste. The pool was ideal for relaxation, and the staff were exceptionally friendly."

"The hotel was fabulous, our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Tje check in was seamless and the facilities top notch. We spent the afyernoon in the jacuzzi by the pool. Breakfast selection was 5 star."

"A very sincere and friendly attitude of staff, readiness to assist with all your requirements and needs. Good breakfast, I guess the hotel is adhere to sustainability, for example, the staff in the restaurant do not shy to suggest refilling your cup with coffee rather than bring a new one. Very nice planning creating privacy. I stayed in Falaj wing, great experience."

"The only small challenge was with the check out. I returned to the room 5 min before noon to collect my bags and access card was already blocked. Had to call reception and they fetched a new card."
