There is a long slope up from the bottom, keep in mind if arriving with heavy luggage -The receptionist made us wait 15-20 min before checking us in, as he was on a call with someone for the duration. No other staff available. There were 2 other groups waiting to check in... Could have called someone else or put the caller on hold to quickly check us in"

"Very warm welcome and staff. Very helpful and nice. The possibility to eat in the hotel was very welcome after a day out skiing. The food was good and the rooms very comfy and clean."

"The only downside (not of this hotel but in general in Andorra la Vella) is the ever-present problem of the parking. Staff were very nice and they informed us of the options. The hotel has only some reserved parking spaces available for guests. We found an open air parking a couple of streets away that had space available and was not so expensive."

"I arrived in the city around 9:30 pm and it took me a while to find the hotel. When we arrived, I was informed that there was no parking space because the parking lot was full. I asked the receptionist why there was no parking space, even though I had booked the hotel with breakfast and parking included. He simply told me that the parking lot was full and that if I wanted, he could give me a map of the city to look for a parking spot. This was frustrating, because I paid a little over 100 euros for private parking, when I could have used the hotel's parking lot. Even if I had paid extra for this service, it wouldn't have been that high."

"Modern hotel, well renovated, has an elevator. There is also a kettle and a fridge. I really liked the breakfast, a large and tasty selection. Not noisy and a pleasant smell."

"If you plan to go from Barcelona by bus, take into account that the journey is longer than 20 minutes and a little downhill. It took us 30-40 minutes because we had backpacks. Also, the room is a little dark, there is little light. We didn't have time for the second breakfast because of the early departure. And from the minuses, it was not possible to change breakfast for dinner or cancel it. But the good news was that they gave us breakfast with us."
